Cancellation and Access Policies below.

Luxvents Access Policy

To ensure a seamless and stress-free setup, please review our access guidelines below:

  • A Luxvents team member will be assigned to your setup and will be provided to you before your scheduled date.

  • The client is responsible for notifying the front desk or host in advance that we will be decorating your space.

  • On the day of your setup, our decorator will check in at the front desk, present ID if required, and pick up a key if one is being left for us.

  • Ensure that the room is ready for decoration by tidying personal items and making the bed, as we do not handle these tasks.

  • If staying in an Airbnb, please confirm with how we will gain access (e.g., key code, front desk check-in, or meeting someone).

  • If access to the room is denied or delayed, we will do our best to return later that day, but this is subject to our availability. If we cannot return, the booking will be considered a same-day cancellation, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations Made More Than 1 Week Before the Event: Your $200 retainer will not be refunded, but any additional payments made will be refunded in full.

  • Cancellations Made Less Than 1 Week Before the Event: No refunds will be issued, and the full amount will be charged.

  • Postponements: If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability. Any changes to your reservation are subject to approval and may incur additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible for rescheduling requests.
