Begin by choosing your location on the calendar.
A $200 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. This fee is applied to your total.
Your remaining balance is due one week before your booking date.
On the day of your booking, check in as usual and provide Luxvents access to your room. You’ll receive the name of your Luxvents professional one week before your booking to share with the front desk.
Your decorator will finalize the layout based on your room’s setup to ensure the best possible design. Rest assured, all elements of your package will be included.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don’t know my exact hotel details yet?
That’s okay! You can provide just city when booking. Final hotel details must be shared with us at least 72 hours before your setup date.
Do you decorate Airbnbs or private homes?
Yes, we do! Luxvents offers services for Airbnbs and private homes in addition to hotels. Simply ensure access is arranged for our team on the day of your booking.
How will Luxvents access my room?
You’ll provide the name of your assigned Luxvents professional (sent to you one week before your booking) to the front desk or Airbnb host. You’ll also need to check in as usual and arrange access for our team.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for Valentine’s Day, as availability is limited and fills up quickly.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
The $200 booking fee is non-refundable, but you can reschedule your booking with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
